Yesterday, I visited the "Lantern Festival" at "Chinese Garden". I've taken several photos. Will post them soon (when I find the time to or whenever I feel like!)
For the first time, going to a park full of people didn't feel like a bad idea at all. The park was clean, very green with well behaved people. It was like a private area. Hard to believe that there public spaces can also be like this.
The "Lantern Festival" is held every year at the Garden. A different theme each year. This year it was the "Safari and other animals" theme. Obviously, a huge artistic effort. Lanterns in the shape of various animals and insects. Dinos too!
Pity, the Japanese Garden inside was closed for renovation. Missed the Bonsai arrangements.
